Generations of Jalisco cooking passed down and perfected on our stove.
Proudly serving our community at Leopard Street since day one.
Our Story
Torres De Jalisco wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a kitchen table, a stack of well-worn recipe cards, and the conviction that the food your abuela made should never be something you have to drive hours to find.
We opened our doors on Leopard Street with a simple promise: real ingredients, real technique, and real hospitality. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just food that tastes like it was made for family — because it was.
Today, we're still cooking the same way. Every mole is ground from scratch. Every tortilla is pressed by hand. And every guest who walks through our door is treated like they've come home.
House Specialties
Slow-braised goat and beef in a chile adobo bath, dipped in its own consommé and pan-seared until crisp. Served with onion, cilantro, and a side of broth for dipping.
Our darkest, most complex mole — 28 ingredients charred, toasted, and ground by hand. Poured over free-range chicken. It's the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes.
Strip steak and chicken seared over open flame, served on a screaming cast-iron platter with charred peppers, onions, and fresh tortillas at your table.
Fresh catch dressed in key lime, jalapeño, and cilantro — different every day, always bright, always balanced. Served with crispy totopos.
"The kind of place where you leave feeling like you've been fed by someone who actually cares. The mole alone is worth the trip — and the whole meal is unforgettable."
